Holidays 2025

2025, not sure where it went but here we are looking at 2026! Very excited for the year ahead!

We ended 2024 and started 2025 in Florida, visiting with loved ones. We also had so much exploring how much the Tampa area has changed since we left. Wonderful time!

I had a beautiful girl's trip to NYC to kick off this summer! We did all we could in 3 days and really enjoyed it all. We visited the Brooklyn Bridge, One World Observatory, 911 Memorial, Summit One, Central Park, a Broadway show, Tea at the Plaza, the Staten island Ferry, Times Square, and more. Also, spent a quick day with Nicole and Alejo!

Justin and I had a nice long road trip to visit loved ones end of summer. We started with 5 days in Sydney, OH and continued to the Twin Cities for a couple of weeks. We had a wonderful time with loved ones and the main event was celebrating the high school graduation of our niece, Audrey. We also did a quick weekend trip to ND to see Justin's grandma. It was a lovely time with everyone. Thank you and can't wait to do it again soon!

To welcome the fall, Justin and Lynn had an amazing adventure in October: They successfully hiked to Everest Base Camp!!

Some highlights:
- Reached Everest Base Camp at 5,364 m (17,598 ft)
- Flew into and out of the world's most dangerous airport.
- Hiked for 12 days straight for a total of 80 miles and a change in altitude of 2,754 m (9,036 ft)
- Reached Everest Base Camp at 5,364 m (17,598 ft)
- Had perfect weather for the whole hike
- Stayed in Teahouses overnight for the hike and met hikers from all over the world
- Visited and explored Kathmandu

Aside from the summer travel, we spent our year with the usual visits to concerts, breweries, brunches, dinners, and some wineries.

The pups are still living their best life in the DFW. They continue to travel with us and love seeing their dog cousins, hahha. Bolt is 8 and Star is 7, both living the easy life at the Wallen house.

2025 was a year of adventure and we're happy to see what 2026 brings and looking forward to continued travel and fun!

Always missing and thinking of our loved ones and wishing 2026 will bring you love, peace, and happiness.

Happy Holidays!!

Lots of love,
Xoxo ~ The Wallens
