Holidays 2020

2020 has been interesting, challenging, and for a while, it seemed never ending. We are thankful for what we've learned this year and we're curious and excited to see what comes our way next... bring it 2021!

I'll start this update with a celebration! I had a big bday this year and we were able to do a quick trip to the West coast before everything shut down. We enjoyed some wine in Sonoma, drove through a tree in the Avenue of the Giants, and walked on glass at Glass Beach in Fort Bragg. It was a fun trip and a great way to welcome a new decade.

In March, 2 weeks of quarantine turned into months. Thankfully, Justin and I were able to work from home during this time as we became zoom experts with work meetings and as a new way to connect with family and friends. The pups were also excited to have us both home all the time.

In late Spring and into Summer, as the country reopened, we were able to enjoy a trip to North Carolina and some road trips with the pups, including Minnesota and South Dakota. We also got some camping trips in as well as a quick bday trip to Ouray for Justin's bday and a family visit to the Royal Gorge. These pups of ours have become good travelers and have seen so much this year.

And... The Lightning won the Stanley Cup this year!!
I was there live for all playoff games, including game 7, for their first win in 2004 and even though I was only able to watch on TV this year, it was still amazing and exciting to watch them take home the win! Also, shout-out to the Rays for making it to the World Series for a second time ever. Lastly, super happy to have Brady and Gronk join the Bucs this year!! Go Bucs! Go Rays! Ang Go Bolts!!

And for my fave subject... Bolt and Star are doing great and have actually enjoyed 2020 very much! Bolt turned 3 this year and Star turned 2, both had a little celebration for their bdays and met many pup friends throughout the year. I'll close this out with a few pics of them.

That's it for 2020, what else can we say... it's been a year of "whatever" and "now what?!" but it's been interesting. And now we only look forward; 2021 get here already!
Always missing and thinking of our loved ones and wishing 2021 will bring you love, peace, and happiness.
Happy Holidays!!

Lots of love,
